1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states.
Whether you’re in a major city or a remote area, we’ll arrange secure, on-time delivery right to your site or designated location.
If your location has limited access (for example, narrow roads or restricted entry), please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
2. Flat-Rate Delivery
We offer a flat delivery rate of $540 for all orders within the United States.
This rate covers transportation, handling, and standard delivery to your property or facility.
There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
If special equipment (like cranes or forklifts) is needed for unloading, we’ll discuss those costs before confirming your order.
3. Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is processed.
Delivery times depend on:
Product availability
Your delivery location
Weather and carrier scheduling
We’ll keep you updated on your shipment status and provide an estimated delivery date once your order is scheduled.
4. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing right away.
Our team inspects and prepares your container or trailer before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
We’ll contact you with all delivery details, including driver information and estimated arrival times.
5. Delivery Requirements
Before delivery, please make sure:
The drop-off site is level and accessible.
There’s enough space for the delivery truck to maneuver.
Someone is available to receive and confirm the delivery.
If access issues prevent delivery, additional handling fees may apply, but we’ll do our best to work with you on a solution.
6. Delays and Exceptions
We do our best to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:
Severe weather
Carrier schedule changes
Remote or difficult delivery locations
If a delay happens, we’ll notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery date.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
All containers and trailers are inspected before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll review your report and work quickly to resolve the issue.
