This policy explains how returns and refunds work, how long they take, and what you can expect from us.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The container or trailer arrived damaged.

  • The product doesn’t match the description or agreed condition.

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 business days of delivery.
All returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, with no additional damage or modifications.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email or call us within 30 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Our team will review your request and send return instructions. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or delivery back to our facility.

  3. Return Shipping:
    You will not pay any return shipping fees.
    EuclidTransit covers all return shipping costs for approved returns.


3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or misrepresented:

  • Custom-modified containers or trailers

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use

We always inspect and document each order before shipping to prevent issues.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and details of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
We’ll arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund  depending on the situation.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it ships for a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, standard return procedures will apply.
